The Ultimate Training Programme is a three-part programme:
 

1. Online Competency Assessment:
   Staff complete introductory short courses online. These are accessed as part of your onboarding process through your Candidate Portal.
2. Online Training:  Online resources will be sent digitally, including; choreography, scripts & songs. Staff will need to confident with this material before attending the Central Training rehearsal. 
3. Central Training Rehearsal: Staff attend face-to-face rehearsal before they join Ultimate Performance Academy. Read on for more information. Staff are paid to attend Central Training. 

All staff must attend Central Training and Assessment dates.
