Ultimate Activity
Activity-based holiday day camps for children aged 4 to 14 years
Join us for over 40 activities every week at over 40 locations! Ultimate Activity Camps provide outstanding Ofsted regulated Easter and summer childcare with the primary function of delivering a very high level of care and welfare for 4-14 year olds during the school holidays. We deliver this childcare through a fantastic range of exciting activities whether these be in the art room, the sports hall, playing fields or in the woods. We use our many years of experience and enthusiastic staff to create a programme that changes each day and delivers the outstanding levels of care you would expect whilst ensuring that kids of all ages are thoroughly engaged and inspired to try new activities and make new friends.
As well as providing safe activities and experienced staff, our activities encourages the positive physical and social welfare of children. Click here for details about how we ensure your child's welfare while in our care. Please note that some of our locations start from age 4.5 (reception) and only run up to age 12.
Ultimate activities and fresh air fun
Below is a list of the activities that children may find on an Ultimate Activity Camp - due to location facilities, some activities may not be available - check specific locations pages for full details of activities available. Zorbing and Ultimate Inflatables are rotated around all locations to ensure that it is available each week for children, but not every day. Some activities are age specific - see below for links to which activities your child's age group will enjoy.
See below for age-based sample timetables and activities. We structure our timetables to offer longer sessions which means more time for each child to enjoy activities and have fun. More time in the pool, more arrows in archery, more time in sports sessions, and more time to create in the art activities.
Grouping children for maximum enjoyment
Each week, children on Camp are divided into groups of children of a similar age to ensure they get the appropriate level of care and instruction, make new friends and maximise enjoyment. We have 4 age-groups which allow us to put children together of a similar age, although these age groups are not fixed so we can adapt the programme to best suit the children, friend requests and locations needs. Only the 4-5 year olds on Junior Camp are in a fixed age group.
Flexible childcare for busy parents
Children can attend from just one day to multiple weeks and anything in between, allowing you to create an active holiday programme that fits around your needs. Ultimate Activity Camps run Monday to Friday during the school holidays, with an action-packed programme that starts at 9:30 and finishes at 16:30. You can drop off children from 8:30 and collect until 17:15, or if you need longer days, you can take our optional Extended Day Pass which allows you to drop off from 08:00 and collect until 18:00.

International Children
For international children attending Ultimate Activity Camps and Ultimate Survival, we require an advanced to fluent level of spoken English, to ensure all children can understand safety and activity instructions. We reserve the right to cancel a booking on the basis that the child’s English ability is not at the desired level or to exclude a child if their English comprehension is such that it may affect the safety of the child or other children on Camp. If your child's English level is below advanced, then you can book English lessons on Ultimate Activity Camps through our sister company, Summer Boarding Courses, who run international summer camps.
