ULTIMATE TECH STAFF TRAINING

The Ultimate Training Programme is a three-part programme:

Online Competency Assessment:
Staff complete introductory short courses online. These are accessed as part of your onboarding process through your Candidate Portal.
Central Training & Assessment:
Staff attend face-to-face training before they join Ultimate, if they have not attended before, or if they have attended before but have not worked in the last 2 years . Read on for more information. Staff are paid to attend Central Training & Assessment events.
Camp Induction Day:
Staff attend a short introductory setup day at their specific camp location to get themselves and the camp ready for the season ahead. This is a paid day and staff attend every season. Click HERE for more information.

All staff must attend Central Training and Assessment before they begin work if they have not attended training specific to their role in the last 2 years.

TECH TRAINING:

Ultimate Tech staff will attend 2 days of online training, focusing on programme delivery.

Where and When will Training Take Place?

Ultimate Tech Training: 2024

Date: Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th July 2024

Location: Online - You will be provided with joining information ahead of the training event.

Timings: 10am - 3pm each day, with 1 hour for lunch.

What will I be doing

The day is action packed! A mixture of workshops and activities, you will be provided a copy of the Tech programme handbook which will detail the course, and our partners at Chaos Created, who designed the programme, will take you through how to deliver the course.

What if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend your chosen training day please email work@ultimateactivity.co.uk to see if alternatives can be arranged but please note that failure to attend any required training could jeopardise your employment.
